No exterior experience? That's okay! We are willing to train those who are committed to working with us long term. 

Some of the skills we will train you in:

- Installation of various types of siding including fibre cement, composite and metal cladding
- Installing Metal flashings and Z-grits
- Installing Soffits
- Peel and stick, building wrap and rain screen 
- Other building envelope details
- How to safety work on man lifts, scissor lifts and scaffolding

We are looking for people that have:

- Previous experience on construction site is preferred
- The ability to analyze problems and work independently
- The wiliness to learn and take direction 
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions 
- Reliable transportation
- Their own set of tools, tool belt, personal safety gear including steel toed boots and hard hat 
- Most importantly an open mind and willingness to work hard and learn new skills!
